Our Current Project Targets the Anacacho Zone in Medina County Texas
Our current project is to develop two leases southwest of San Antonio, TX targeting the highly prolific Anacacho Zone and other shallow structures. These leases contain numerous wells abandoned or orphaned that have been re-worked to establish preliminary production. Our plan also includes new in-fill drilling designed to fully drain the field and maximize profit and cash flow to the partnership.
The Emley & Rihn Lease Development Project, our current project, is a 13 well package including 9 wells, completed in the Anacacho Zone, suitable for re-working and potentially stimulating for maximum production. Additionally, our Plan calls for drilling four new wells designed to fully exploit the structures.
As Managing Partner, Glenn Texas Oil CO., LLC’s has already succeeded at re-working and bringing online several wells that have already produced oil. Upon successful sale, the partnership expects to generate first cash flows to investors in late 2014. While preliminary, we expect that after stimulation the wells could generate substantially more revenue for the partnership.
Glenn Texas Oil Co. is a fully independent and private exploration & production company. We own our own equipment and perform almost all the work in-house. This allows us to keep costs low and move fast. Our approach targets high value leases that offer relatively low-risk opportunities to generate high rates of returns.
